Very classic color, ranging from coral to light salmon, the bubble is quite bubbly, fast, abundant, continuous. At first nose clearly perceives maceration, red grape clearly expresses plum, cherry, wild black fruits such as blueberry and mulberry; typical vegetal and spicy characters come out, barks and musky tones, closes with more fresh and citrusy characters. On the palate the well-balanced, delicate dry nuance, acidity and savoriness are well balanced by an enveloping alcohol content, in the finish the red fruit and small berries return evident, with good spice and a hint of licorice. It is a well-structured rosé that can be a companion to many preparations, with a predilection for the for the summer period, companion to barbecues, carpaccio, roast beef. More elaborate foods include duck, with its escalope breast with pomegranate or its speck.
